I really hope that Kim gets the time to do a tour in 2011 to celebrate her successful time in the music business. I hope kim comes to do a show in Derby or nearby. “Mike: In reply to your question: As I listen to many interviews, I'm struck by the mundanity of a lot of them, but Kim manages to save some of them by some good answers. 1... Why did you find the interview boring or lacking substance? 2... How did Kim save it? Post some links preferably or identify the clip. Thanks! I am bored to tears with interviewers asking Kim this question over the last 10 years "Why did you leave the music business to start gardening" Each time Kim manages to give a different spin on the same answer. I don't know how she does it! You would think by now she would have formulated this robotic standard reply, like having a calculated answer waiting in your head, but that's never the case with her. She always manages to answer that question like it's the first time it's being asked. Maybe she's very aware that her fans watch all of her interviews on the internet, or maybe she takes questions as they come without preparing for them. Some of the questions interviewers ask can be very rude. For example, "can I touch your boob",(I hated that interview because it belittled Asian people) or "you've gained a lot of weight" to wich Kim calmly replied "yes, I have" Kim is very patient and never looses her cool. It takes high self esteem and a good sense of humor to not be taken back by nasty remarks. ”
