“We earn to say good bye... "Six Feet Under" changed my life. Or at least the vision I have of life and death. I wouldn t say that I m longing to die, no. But I can say I m not afraid anymore. I accepted that 1 day I ll sleep forever. That the day I was born to live a fabulous life, was also the day that would give it all an end, someday. We never want to lose what s good and keeping it/him/her forever. Maybe it s wrong. Maybe it s more human accepting that everything ends, even good things. Human beings have that capacity of remembering. I ll keep in my heart and soul every single emotions I went through this site. I entered the new millenium with a strong need to dive into Kim Wilde s universe for more. I did it. My inner little Alex came away and I feel a grown up man today. I had to live that virtual life with Gérard & Co to evolve to my new phase. Now it s all over. Kim Wilde is a souvenir. A good one of course, but she s definitely lying inside my souvenirs closet. "Time" she used to sing... And yes, time has flown from 1983 to 2006. My days have become to short to go on living my that huge and high on emotion nostalgia. So I chose to let it go. I still come to this yellow site to check the "news" from time to time. And of course, like it has always been the case with Pierre, he s proving me another time that everything ends. Even good things. We all move on, because we re alive. It may be my last post on the yellow site (and yes, I repeat it for the last time: the best KW site I ever visited is here). All I want to say is that words can get high, words can fall down. But what s important is reading between the lines... I m sending you my best wishes, dear Mr Pierre. The journey has fantastic. Thank you very very much. You & me have been invented the blogs, dear! Al(i)SexTasYiaNdRe.”

“Mystra: Well, to be honest, I find DitD rather boring really and the video isn't that mind-blowing either if you ask me. It's also the only video that has never been officially released (that includes Born to be Wild etc) - it was only aired on the telly in some locations. I would assume that might have affected the sales, though it's all a little strange as she did perform it live during many occasions. Certainly more often than Child Come Away, which brings me to that one - it might have been too "weird" to the general public. It's style is a bit like Cambodia's (which basically automatically places CCA among my top 10, at the very least), but Cambodia was driven by a more straightforward beat and a had chorus during which the crowd (or listeners) could "wooh" along. :) Also, Child Come Away was an "in-between" single that wasn't included on Select nor CaCC, something that I'd assume didn't help the sales. Furthermore, I am not sure that it was promoted that well - it should have appeared in more TV shows etc, especially as it had to sell entirely on its own merits rather than being part of an album. That being said though, it did quite well here in Sweden and I remember it being played often enough on the radio.”
