“SelectMike: Thank you, I may take you up on your offer soon.

Webmaster, Pierre: Another boring fact about detox... You become extremely sensitive to the taste of salt while on this diet. I bought a nice brand of tin soup yesterday and nearly gagged!

This Friday it's going to be Summer on a TV show I'm acting on!”

“heeyyy
hello everybody....
a new contract has been signed with a german firm and the new single is coming for this summer. Maybe a way to agree on how to allow kim wilde to get correct sales on european countries. Gives details on number of sales to give opportunity to be in the main charts and let's do a good job...each of us buy one or two single or lp in its own country using a specifical seller (fnac, virgin or other in france)...the more you buy the best chartered the lp will be....yeahhhh wilde wild rock !”

“It was a pleasure following your detox, Lisa. I assume you currently live in some place where Summer's approaching?”

“I'm not bored. I've been following it. Now if you would like to send to a magazine, write an introductory paragraph, copy and paste what you've written here, amend anything you think you want, write concluding paragraph, and if you like, you can send it to me first to proofread at SelectMike@aol.com. All up to you of course.”

“Last one - because everyone's bored to death of this...

Day 9:

Baked a fish for the first time and it was so easy to do! Couldn't go out because I needed to prepare my meals for the next day.

Day 10:

Brought all my food to a 14 hour work day while everyone sat around and ate cold pizza.

Have hardly lost any weight while on this diet, but I can finally fit into a dress that I couldn't wear before, which I'm going to wear this Friday!

THE END

“Steve,

You seem to have many talents! What happened to Kath? I agree, we live in a society that tells women they need to exercise away hips and thighs. I hope you're not eating meat!

DAY 8:

Getting closer to the end baby!

I have lost about 1kg in weight. Was hoping to loose about 3 while on this diet. Kim was right, you do feel good while on this diet, however the weight doesn't "fall off" as she described. Perhaps that has something to do with me eating three or four servings of last nights main meal; the tofu stir fry.

When deciding to take this diet, it's important to make sure life isn't too busy, because at first it involves lots of planning and shopping at the supermarket. It does get easier and easier as you go along, eliminates bad habits, replacing them with good habits.

I could see this diet being great for someone who is planning on starting a family, as there's lots of practice planning meals and cooking.

“Lisa well done!,
I need to follow a similar regime,
you seem a slip of a thing though ,don't get overly Kylievated.
I think hips and boobs and thighs are the norm for most women,
interesting reading though and good luck for whatever you are striving for in this.
Healthy eating is always good for everyone.
I'm in a junk food stage as I live alone ,and the takeaway is so much easier.
Shame, as I was a restaurant qualified cook, any vegetarian quisine I could do.Italian,Indian Thai,Chinese etc.
Guess I'll do it when I find my next partner.
Looking forward to Kims new album!

“Day 7:

Used the grill in my oven for the first time to cook salmon as I don't eat chicken, pork or beef!

For someone who is clueless about cooking this diet is so easy to follow and you really do feel good while on it. Back to exercising normally.

“DAY 6:

I ate so much food today! On the diet plan it doesn't look like a lot, but in reality there really is and I could barely finish it. No excuses for cheating or snacking!

I have never cooked so much or had so much fresh food in my refridgerator. A good thing!”

“Day 5:

I made it half way to rice day! I'm learning that I enjoy vegetables a lot more than fruit.

Went to see Sherlock Holmes at the movie theater while everyone sat around me eating butter pop corn, ice cream and hot dogs.

Gave up a dinner at an Indian restaurant.”

“Day 4:

Kim was right, the lettuce soup did taste boring and bland. If you add a little ginger to the onion with diced up cubed shitake mushroom it transforms into something delicious!”

“The words are yours Lisa, and you own them, so you can send it to a magazine of your choice. Study the magazine, and see their policy, usual length of article, kind of audience they are writing for, amend your article to suit if need be, and if you get a rejection, try another health magazine. Actual experience is a good motivator for people.”

“Mike, I really like that idea, as I've never published an article in my life! Would it matter that I've blogged about it on the internet?

Day 3:

Walking past my favorite French bakery on my way to the supermarket last night was tempting. I always make it a priority to stop in there once or twice a week for a pastry to avoid ripping open packets with my teeth like a savage beast while browsing the supermarket isles. Managed to say "no" when I was offered samples.

At last cooked food! The frozen steamed vegetable medely I cooked were the highlight of my day and so easy to prepare. Made the dressing by wisking together olive oil, fresh lemon juice with some lemon zest and freshly grounded pepper, then drizzled it over the hot steamy vegetables. Delicious!

I am eating food that I haven't eaten in years such as rich in antioxidant prunes and dried apricots. I also discovered Blueberry Tea for the first time last night.

Mentally I'm feeling good and I don't feel deprived like I do on other diets. ”

“Lisa, interesting, it's reading like a diary, and you could when you've finished turn it into an article with a few introductory words and send it to a health magazine and earn some money.”

“Caro - I hate facebook, too, as I like meeting face to face with people or receiving a personal message. Hello, if we haven't talked in 15 years there's probably a reason for that!

Survived day two of detox. Was a bit worried about feeling faint or light headed during salsa dance class, but felt fine! Did miss my after salsa dance snack a little bit, but got over it. It was hell walking past all those restaurants late at night and smelling all the delicious aromas!”

“Hi Karl,
I use kwtv as I haven't any adresses anymore.
Thanks for your invitation on Facebook, you're very sweet but you know I'm real bad at all those internet stuff,I'm just a bit sad I can't know if people are well not being there.Yet it doesn't prevent me from having a listen to the Marilyn sampler,it's like for the Cadbury Fingers ad:"couldn't you make it a bit longer?".I'll have to wait for the album.
It's really weird Karl,on your Facebook invitation,I could see some of your friends,I guess they are on your Facebook friends list, and saw a girl, Florence Hanna, who is one of my childhood friend, close to my family(I didn't talk to her for quite a while).”

“Surprisingly, I don’t feel too neurotic or starved after the first day, however a friend's been teasing me by saying “want some chocolate, want some cookies?” Very cruel! I’ve been exercising and exercising and have had trouble loosing a few stubborn pounds, so I’m giving this a go.

Was great to eat solid food this morning. It's been so long since I've eaten fruit for breakfast.”
