I only ever met people who I respected,locals,forces people etc,I never met the ones who did the despicable acts,so I still have faith in humanity. Seems like we'll all just fight our way till the end,we never learn. ”

“Hi , I've been away gigging,around the south coast of England,Bournemouth,Bognor Regis,Isle of Wight,you know what,this global warming is GREAT!!! Who needs to queue up(stand in line for our US viewers)for hours,security checks,etc. I just spent the last three days on the English south coast and it could have been the Mediterranean. We were officially hotter than Barbados,whew,burn more carbon,I love it! So,IGKING,Kim was live on the LIH clip,we would all have wished to be but it was because of production costs,Kim and the band would have played live every time,but it wasn't ever offered. Karina,I think they were my Jean Paul Gaultier shades. One day in Paris Kim said,Nums,will you come shopping with me? Being a typical bloke I recoiled at the idea,shopping for me is food,it ends there,essentials,but she took me to a Gaultier store and I was able to pick out some stuff for free,hey suddenly I like shopping. I picked some boots,a shirt and those sunglasses. The shades were run over by a limo in Berlin,but I still have the shirt and boots. ”

“Thanks Filipe! :D After viewing the various live versions, I did get the impression that the vocals were live. They shouldn't do such things on TV though. The "errors", improvisation, and improvements on the part of the musicians is what makes a live show worth seeing. I must admit, the vocals are still difficult to accept as live, but I no longer doubt that they are. Kim definitely has a flawless voice. :D”

Kim is very beautiful,there was a big promo on french tv for this song.And she wears this dress,indissociable of Love is holy.For the Jacques Martin show,I was a bit afraid of the reaction of the audience as people seemed static,seat on their chairs like at the mass;this audience was often persons mostly of the 4th age but finally they're clapping with enthusiasm. I agree with you Filipe about I Fly,even if I often say I prefer ballads for Kim,I can't forget that her entry at La Cigale with this track was really excellent.”

“This compilation is original compared to previous ones as there are beside the unskirtables(I'm sure this word doesn't exist,I mean les incontournables) great songs like Back to Heaven,I can't say goodbye(one of my favourite song),...it's a really good choice to me.I notice there are lots from Love moves,an excellent album(my 4 favourite albums that turn in buckle are,without order, Love moves,Love is,Close and Another step).I'm glad for this choice of songs from Love moves,there are lots a little pearls on it.I should have liked it would have been more shown to advantage in the past,I mean in France,I don't know for other countries. I thought the whole staging was totally as one.Kims look and clothes,the band too. I liked the Githic elements of the candles and church windows,but can see how another person wouldn't. It's a good song, but I don't think it could make a hit in France, heyyyy, it's fun to get this precious good song. “Hi Fredo, Well that gig in Reunion,is the best one we did in terms of a holiday. We did playback one night and stayed on the paradise island for a week! Everything free at club mediterranea,including the beautiful girls! We hiked up the volcano and got lost,climbed back in the dark,I turned over my 4x4 and lay there with the petrol running over me and some wires sparking away,the bass player dragged me out. We swam in the sea and wondered why no one else did,there were sea snakes and all kinds of dangerous creatures apparently. We all had a fantastic time there,I'd love to visit again .We also got well paid,wow that kind of work I could do all the time! Steve.”

“Hello everyone! My name's Fred, I am French and I live in Reunion Island, near Mauritius. I am not a new fan. I have known and appreciated Kim since 1981. I have all her official records. Unfortunately I haven't been able to really see her live since the only time I have seen her on stage was during the 1986 Disco D'Or in Reunion (and I saw that there's a video of that on the site).. I speak French but I think it's better for me to speak English since most users speak English. I like the last album and I hope that the new single will be out in other countries than Germany or maybe on the French I Tunes. “Byrdman, their band name came from the poet William Blake. He had many great works, with one of them being Songs of Innocence, and another being Songs of Experience. As for goth rock though I haven't listened that much to it - it's one of those things I've meant to explore further but never quite got around to. I expect that to change though, as I've been looking up various artists in general lately. What I referred to was goth _metal_, not goth rock - got to love those confusing labels :D Goth metal is probably bigger here in Europe than in the states though, I suspect?”

“Oh...and on the Blake Babies subject. Juliana and Freda (the Blake Babies drummer) are together again in Some Girls. Heidi Gluck of The Pieces is the bass player. Heidi is SUCH a sweety, I could talk to her for days...very easy to get along with.”

“No worries, JR...no judgement perceived. I have just been commenting on how its quite possible that Kim actually loves the stuff and wasn't just pandering in that vid. ;) Kenny, I couldn't have said it better myself. One genre that I have really disliked over the years is Country, but I'm finding that, if its done by the right artist...its actually pretty good stuff. My favorite artist, just one up in my list from Kim, is Juliana Hatfield. She has done a few unofficial Country-style songs, and I've loved them. Knowing it was her playing the slide guitar made it even sweeter. The girl's just got a nice voice and she's SOOO talented with so many instruments. I guess the main thing that has annoyed me about female Country singers is that they try too hard to sound "strong" and "manly". Not so with Jules, she still keeps that pretty, soft, silvery, seductive voice. If she released a Country album, I'd be there. :D OK...now I've strayed WAY OT. But, anyway, there it is. :D”
