"I went to see Kim Wilde today [2005, March 26th - PM] at the Wyevale garden centre in Bury St Edmunds and here is what happened.

She was lovely as usual and looked great. My Mum, bless her, gave me a lift so I could meet her, for the second time!

I walked straight over to where she was and her manager seemed interested in the items I had brought with me.

My "Time" 12" had a sticker on it that said "free poster" and she asked if I had the poster, to which I replied, "it's been on my wall for years!" I'd only just recently had my tonsils removed so I found it hard to speak up, but I asked her if she had anything new in the works, and she explained that she was signed to EMI Germany and should be working on something new soon.

I said that I met her last year in Woodbridge and told her that it was on www.kimwildetv.com and she seemed to know what I was talking about.

I told her that I was at a vocal school in London, studying and hoped to be a singer. She asked how I was getting on and I told her about having my tonsils out in excuse to my husky voice.

She gladly posed for a photo with me and signed the things I'd brought with me, which were:- It's Here 7" boxset Time 12" Select lp Kim then told me that she'd received a phonecall yesterday to appear on "Ant and Dec" tonight as a judge, so i told her that I would tune in. I then thanked her and she wished me luck with my singing.

It was really nice to meet her again."
