 The band looks better than in the first video. So does Kim, but the dress was and still is too over the top. I prefer her softer look from the Love Is era.

 Hmm, think I'll rate this one a second time, after all. I guess that the lack of a keyboardist really got to me, but upon viewing it again, I think the clip deserves more than a 7. So, 7 and 9 is uhh like 8? :P

 Hi ! Great 2 c this powerfull performance of "The Second Time", which is really an all-time-favourite 2 me. (Of course which inspired me using some of it in the pet shop boys cover :-). But what about 2-4 hot back ground dancer ... may dressed as mummies !!?? Wouldn't that b cool? Just kidding. Better go to bed. Great song, outfit & performance. And thanx to Pierre for sharing this great stuff with us. It's so incredible... .

 Well, I can't say that this is the best 2nd Time performance I've seen. It's by no means bad, but Kim - and not only the outfit - seems to be a bit restrained. Also, a keyboardist would have made the playback a bit more convincing - this definitely lowers the rating a bit.

 I liked "Go for ir" that sort of colorful pants and dresses brought some fun memorys ( and on that Hot body any dress will look good)

 Is that what the "Scary Monsters" hoopla was about? If so, it lacks the mummy from the video. And the outfit almost looks restrained here. Love how Sexy Steve and Richard use their instruments in every creative way, short of pulling them out and comparing sizes, just to distract us from the obvious fact that the back-up track is all synth. Ashlee Simpson would kill for a band like that.

 What's not to love here? Great sound, great vocal, great moves, and I do think the outfit is cool. Still a mystery why she didn't make it big in America...

 Love this, my all time Kim favorite... Her moves, hair, make-up and dress is so 'Kim Wilde' as most people remember her from the 80ties - and that pouting and angry look as well. Love it!

 What a treat to see this video. First time for me, love the song and who really cares about the outfit! What 80's video doesn't have daed outfits?

 I just love this song, even now it still sounds great. I thought the whole teases and dares lp sounded rather science-fiction mysterious! The touch, still is one of my favourites now!

 I must agree with the Webmaster. This period was my favourite (after Love Is) and she looks really beautiful, but I hate the outfit!
