She's a little bit frightenin here ain't she! Barbarella eat ur heart out!! & altho I wish she'd buy herself some NEW jumpers (pref wothOUT stripes!!), she still looks gorgeous. & of course the PVC works brilliantly ... Luv the alien-orientated gladitorial theme! Brilliant song 2!

this is the second video of kim' that i ever saw.was fantastic them and still is now.

Another Kim Wilde classic to me! It's very Franki Goes To Hollywood and the vidoeo is very similar to their "Two Tribes". I still think the song should be titled GO FOR IT (like it was in America). I dig the Hi-NRG sound!!!

I believe that she would be a great actress, for movies man, garanteed she'll get an oscar (Oscar)...
I don't know if you people know but.... I take acting classes!!! ---downtown

Magic is still intact, i love it but i can't find the album"teases&dares"!!!
2005-07-28 16:23

Sorry, Guys, but I still love the clip and the song as hell. I never get bored of it.
Unfurtunately they never play it on a German or Irish commercial radio station. Of course it's may 2 old fashioned to them, but I don't think so.#
sO, JUST GOR FOR IT!!!!!!
2005-07-19 19:19

The song is catchy, but this video is so weird! I guess it's another side of Kim :)

Natural as the way we came to be,second time is not quite what it seemed..
It's never as good as the first time...

How the hell did she do all this in heels of nearly 6 inches (15cm) most girls cant even stand in 4 inch (12 cm. I wonder if Vivienne Westwood or Malcom McLaren had anything to do with the fashion in this vid?

This says it all: STUPID!
Scottie, please beam me up?

Mhmm, I know that Kim wasn't too keen on this one, but hey I do find it attractive to a certain extent. Especially that "sandstorm" bit where her hair looks a tad bit more natural. Yummy! Anyway, when it comes to the actual clip, I have mixed feelings. Yea, it shows off Kimmy in interesting hairstyles and situations, which I do not mind, but that's about it. Some symbolism is thrown in (eg an exploding bed), but that's basically it. It's not a tremendously good vid - it's just that Kim's looking tremendously good in it (oh, that's a surprise, isn't it..?)

Hmmm wiggy Kim, so fatal and attractive! Watching the video among the others makes me think of a current theme we find in the Wilde imaginary... In the first phase of her carreer, men around her were often shadows or even ghostly inexistant at all and keeping her hangin'on between dirty walls liked an obsessed bird. Hilarious seeing her musicians playing their part in "The Second Time", when I think she used to call him her "sexophonist"... Well, I don t share her point of view, but anyway ;-) Well Pat, welcome into the Wilde Fight Club! And don t forget your bandages wrapped around your face to keep hidden. Hee! Hee! Hee!

I have had this song in my head for the past three month, could not find it in stores in London, and now I get the song AND video (which I saw for one minute on the Yves Mourousi 13:00 news on french TF1 20 bl***y years ago!!) from this site (Thank you Pierre ;-) ! A great track before and during wrestling, for some reason, and I now find it confirmed when seeing Barbarella/Kim fighting that creature on the ring/arena. LOVE IT!

Fantastic ! This is my favourite Kim video and I had not seen it for nearly 20 years !!! So Thank You ! Merci !

EXCELLENT video for 80's, of of my favorite videos, i know Kim wasn't very happy with all this Barbarella look but i loved it Totally 80's with those sharp, bright colors and only Kim Wilde can get away with that...
YES she did perform this song in Soppot 88,,, looking stunning but that all concert she was little overwelmed and kind of tired after MJ concert, so she was little off key but it was very fun wathing her on stage...
Anyway this video for 80's i will give 1-10 good 8

Just can't stop watching this exciting and ultra-dynamic clip. I just wish that this one will beside the others released on DVD someday - VERY SOON:-).
And the way Kim walks into the "cheap motel" - GREAT!
Does anyone know the director of this clip???
And does anyone know if KIM
ever performed that song LIVE???

I used to think she was singing " don't wanna know about your secret curtains", which would be fitting for the hotel in this video. It's almost like MJ's Thriller meets Psycho

J'adore ce clip et Kim est si belle!
2003-03-04 22:56

Actually it seems to me that the lyrics were more explicit than the video ;)

UUUhh - what a great, powerfull and a bit mysterious clip withg a lot of strange scenes in it. This is - except "Child come away" - my absolute favourite KIM WILDE-Video!!!And the first time seeing after they showed in on VH1 "Golden 80s". Thanx a lot for this pleasure to see it on this website!!!
Do you think this one is too aggressive???????????
