 I like this song and i do not know why it did not make the charts. All of Kim's songs are chart hits to me.

 This song really isn't one of my favourites but I'm gonna give it a 9 anyway because I have never heard it live before and she sings it so well! If she had a cold, you really can't tell. I think this live version sounds better than the one on the album (I've always found that e-eys part really annoying, just sounds like she can't hold the note). This performance made the song a lot more interesting! And she looked SO good in '82!

Now that I learnt a bit of patience I will WildeTV like a sweet, licking it on the sides, taking it frankly in my throat when I m hungry ;-) Good start with this song I love so much. Was it the TV show presented by Charlebois?

 I can't decide whether I like this or not. Child Come Away is my favorite song with Kids, as you're all probably sick of hearing by now :-) Kim looks great, like a cat ready to pounce - the rock version of femme fatale. However this is a number that can't be just sung like any other rock/pop song but demands a real performance, full of innuedoes and nuances. Something that is sorely missing here though Kim pulls it off brillantly on the record: the way she drawls about the light that had gone out "of her e-eyes" is enough to pull you into M.R. James territory. Like a chilling tale whose horrors are only hinted at, making them all the more frightening.

 Wow she's pretty here. I've never heard that sung live before so it has to be 10 too.

 Not very original of me to give this one a 10, but I've always loved Child Come Away. One of her best songs released during what I feel was her best period. Oh, and the rock chick look alone is worth a few rating points :)

 Une présentation sobre et efficace d'un titre dont j'aime bien, techniquement (et artistiquement bien sûr) la mise en avant de la voix.

 Even if this song is not one of the songs I prefer, I really like this tv appearance because it reminds me my young years... And I don't agree with Marc from Pigalle... For me, Kim is very good on stage... I saw her more time in Paris and London, and she was very good at each time !!! And friends of mine who were not fans found Kim very good in concert... So, she's the best !!!

 During that show, which was broadcast live on a mid-day french TV show, Kim had a cold in her nose (probably because it was cold in the streets lol). She's clearly not at her best : she doesn't sing well (but you have to admit it, she's not a fantastic singer in concert) and she looks like she could kill someone ! Still, this song is nice, but maybe too similar to "Cambodia". The B side, "Just another guy" is much more exciting.

 Absolutely fabulous! I love Kim 1983 - and hearing her sing this old favorite live is amazing!

 Well, me, it reminds me ... my old days, trying to catch every apparition of Kim Wilde on TV, and I was 13 years old, and it wasn't easy ... I surely have seen this one. Too bad we didn't have any VCR at this time :-( Merci Pierre ... t'as de ces trésors ...
