 What can you say about this, other than wOw!. Kim has no band, no dancers, a tiny little stage -but still she rocks the joint. Sizzling sex kitten she is here -and she *does* know what she's doing with her arms -those moves are from the video. Kim is such a natural mover, and this hot performnace shows it.

 It's obvious she's not that into playing the sexkitten, but the whole period around the release of this song just changed it for a while. I think she does a lot of things better than that. Still nice song and back then a really great dress. And Kim looks great.

 I strangely enjoyed watching this performance, even though this song has never been one of my favourites. However, I like this remix more than the album version and Kim seems to be having fun with this sexy image.

 This song/performance to me is "Love Blonde's" raunchy older sister! "Love Blonde" had more of an innocence to it and an element of mystery. Whereas this is more in your face and confident. The pout has gone too, being replaced with a beaming smile and it's all about fun!

 firts of all i wana tell you yesterday i was on the phone with our Hottie Karina chit chatting, when all of the sudden on Vh1 appeard for a frist time I ever saw "SAy you realy Love me" video i couldn't believe my eyes, Kim Singing "Do you realy love me"? on USA TV LOL...US version of the video is better because They show all video for more close ups and there are more scences Kim is wearing that yellow triped Tan -top, she looked Great on USA TV LOL,, we thought she looks soo much like Kim Basinger in that video def inspired by 91/2 Weeks, I don't blame Hal saying his wife looks like Basinger...Now Roxy Perf i realy Love this Perf, She looks Superb, dress Could be better not crazy about the dress too red LOL, but overall Marilyn in 80's LOL, i like the way she moves Alex i have to agree with Karl, very Sexy the way she moves her Hipe and hands, and working her REd Mack lipstick, love that High lights of Blond hair, 10 out of 10. no doubt. Also i personaly think this is my one of fav songs of 80's I wish she will add this song on Here & Now Tour List.

 Sorry Kim, some of the guys on this site seem to get excited way too easily (what can I say, you've got that savoir fair) As for the dress, it very elegant and groovy, it's cut just above the knee, you're wearing stockings and it's not even showing a hint of cleavage, which means you can wear it in the office in 1986...but the back is a different story - it looks like someone forgot to zip you up kimmy - gaping open - so take care - you have a great back, so it doesn't matter anyway - I think it's missing an accesory though - perhaps a simple necklace? Good choice, red is fantastic colour on blondes and gives you a little bit confidence for the performance! I'm going to give you an 8 for remembering all the dance moves from the video clip, but I think it's missing something don't you? - perhaps the band that's always accompanied you on stage, or the guys from the clip dancing along with you (lol not that they could dance very well anyway!)

 I guess that I in many ways agree with Alisue here, as I'm not really that keen on seeing Kimmy perform in this manner. Perhaps I've placed her on a pedestal or something. Anyway, Kim does her best after all and regardless of how I feel about the performance in general, she does look stunning. Not too thrilled about it being a lip synch, but unfortunately that was quite common back then.

 And talk about being subtle, I'm sorry Alisue but I don't think that the vid for "Chequered Love" is very subtle : Kim under the shower, with water pouring down her mouth ?!! It's like soft porn! And at the end of "Love Blonde" when she caresses the Rolls Royce and using the sign like a mike, isn't that's VERY explicit ?! The clips for "Dancing in the dark" and "Never trust a stranger" are far more erotic and of course "Say you really want me" which is sexy and funny, the best combination ever!

 Actually, the whole discussion Kim vs Madonna is quite funny to me, because I always thought that "Say you really want me" is very similar to the early stuff Miss Ciccone recorded. The original mix of SYRWM reminds me a lof of "Physical Attraction", and I always play both songs back to back. Let's say that Kim is not a dancer and she probably didn't learn a routine for that performance. She's a bit gauche, doesn't know what to do with her arms (probably because she usually sang on TV with a mike), but she's sweet and looks like she's having a great time.

And people seem to have fun anyway.. wasn't it the same sexy dancing attitude for Love Blonde/Hey Mr Heartache,for instance..? i thought she looked great & fantastic here again..

 Aherm, Kim? Tell me who from your record company told you acting that way in '86? The same that made you wear that "Teases & Dares" outfit maybe, but with even less imagination... I ve always thought that you were more than a blonde dancing that way in front of your audience. I guess you sometimes wondered why you had to act that way. Of course you re hot and sexy and would make each and every girls/boys going wet dreaming on your whispered "Take a chance...", but I don t know, maybe it s the protective mum inside of me that makes me wanna come onstage and take you by the hand, whispering in your ear "Come on baby, you re gonna rock n roll now, it fits you better. I ve never seen you sexier than when suggesting it, like in the "Chequered Love", "View From A Bridge" or "Love Blonde" vids. Here, I don t know why, I have the strange impression that someone told you "If you want to sell, go porn, do a Madonna." It s not you but it s good anyway...
